I purchased from you because I had purchased some years back. At that time, you were in Victor in an open building.. Julie Martin was using a corner of the area as an office. At that time I purchased a pink and green water bottle - the top comes off to drink from it. I am still using them as well as the new ones I just purchased. I also purchased some for my family. The only negative is closing the bottle. You have to push hard to be sure it is closed and "locked." I have learned - the hard way - to do that! Overall, I recommend these for people who want either hot or cold drinks. They hold both the hot and cold for at least 12 hours.

I bought this particular one for my dad, as my husband and I have our own. We all love them, they are sturdy, they keep my hot tea HOT most of my 10 hour work day (I sip slowly and infrequently), and they have some great designs. The only issue I ever had was with the rubber piece on the inside of the lid. I emailed Steve and he replaced it immediately and without fuss. I wish they made more of the different designs in the 20 oz bottle. Also, I’m still not certain of the difference b/w the “test” and the regular ones either, but my dad seems to enjoy his.
